A Shared Dream for Fiji In 2016, Pasefika Physiotherapy was born from a shared dream between a husband-and-wife team of senior physiotherapists. Driven by a desire to help more people through personalized, evidence-based care, we built a practice where clinical excellence meets the warmth of a Pacific home.

The "Vuvale" Experience "Pasefika" is the Rotuman word for Pacific. To us, it represents more than just a region—it represents family. We are Fiji Islanders, and our practice is deeply rooted in our culture. We treat every patient with the "Vuvale" spirit (the Fijian term for family), ensuring you feel heard, understood, and accepted from the moment you walk through our doors.

Letitia Erasito

Senior Physiotherapist

As a co-founder and senior practitioner, she balances clinical excellence with her role in the clinic's administration and marketing. Providing general physiotherapy services with a specialized focus on dry needling and bringing over a decade of clinical experience to the practice. She is dedicated to the "Vuvale" experience, ensuring high-level, evidence-based care is delivered with a warm, Pacific heart.

Lawrence Shaw

Senior Physiotherapist

A dedicated senior physiotherapist with extensive experience in musculoskeletal health and a deep passion for sports-related recovery. He specializes in providing expert assessments and tailored treatment plans for patients of all ages. As a former executive committee member of the Fiji Physiotherapy Association, he brings both professional leadership and expert manual therapy to every patient he treats.

A 2023 graduate, receiver of the prestigious Certificate of Excellence and Dean's Honours Award and dedicated practitioner, Seini focuses on musculoskeletal physiotherapy with a caring approach and a bright, supportive personality. Bringing passion and fresh clinical energy to the team, our Junior Physiotherapist provides dedicated care under the direct mentorship of our seniors. She is an integral part of our collaborative team approach, ensuring you receive the collective knowledge of our entire practice. Having successfully completed our mentorship program, she ensures her patients receive the high standard of collaborative care that defines our clinic.
